6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability: ecomwedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
8. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold ecomwedo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the client’s use of ecomwedo’s services or the client’s breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
